We are excited to participate in this year’s ChemUK at the NEC in Birmingham on 15th - 16th May. It is always a great place to meet new connections and catch up with organisations in our network such as CPI, IBioIC, BBIA, BCA, BDC to name but a few! Our booth is Q116 and directors and members will be on hand to chat about our activities, membership and projects.
We are hosting a mini-conference on 15th May, 12:00 - 13:20 on Stage 2 ‘Sustainable Beauty, Circular By Design - Applying LCA to beauty and personal care products’. The session is hosted by Gill Westgate and chaired by Professor Rachael Rothman of University of Sheffield with speakers from No 7 Beauty Company, Orean Personal Care, Flex-Sea and Addible.
Earlier in the day, the BCA is focussing on developing sustainable ingredients in their session, which we're sure will be of interest to many of our subscribers.
